    this was our very first house.  We moved there about a year after we got married and lived there for 2 years before we had to sell and move back to be closer to family.  We still miss it soooo much. It was our dream home, log cabin on 35 acres in the finger lake area of NY.

    we like our house now and are happy to be so close to family but I think if we could we would both move back in a heartbeat. Sigh.

    love it! When I was younger I always hoped for the log cabin when we played Life (the board game).
