Tomato "baked" eggs over polenta

I liked it.  I think DH liked it.  I made it WAY too spicy.  Apparently I was just way too heavy-handed with the cayenne.  But it was still tasty.  DH didn't think it was filling enough (because it didn't have meat) and he doesn't want to even try it leftover tomorrow.

The recipe makes two servings.  I ate a full serving (according to the recipe) plus about 3/4 of our polenta (I made 2/3 cup).  DH only had half a serving and a 1/6 or so of our polenta.  I think his would have filled him more if he'd eaten more polenta.  Everything else is for my lunch tomorrow.

Now... what could I serve this with so that it's "more filling" for my silly DH?  Oh.. he did agree that it might make a lovely lunch or brunch on the weekend... but without all the cayenne.  :-)

I didn't see the recipe, but based on the name:

    sauteed spinach on the side

cooked sausage mixed in with the tomato part of the dish

    garlic bread
