Need Dress Help!

Hey everyone!  I have to go to a wedding next saturday.  I will be 10 weeks pregnant with twins.  I am already showing and just tried on every dress I own and none fit/hide my stomach.  (I just look really flabby in the belly and or the dress pulls in that region)  I am not big enough for a maternity dress yet.  We are still keeping this under wraps as I had two miscarriages late in first trimester.  Anyone have any dress suggestions, I have looked on the internet but havent seen something yet to order.  Our stores in my area are not great.  Thought maybe somebody else ran into this issue and may have a cute suggestion.  Thanks!

Google images for Baby Doll Dresses. Some are kind of cute and might do a better job of hiding any belly. GL

I would say anything with an empire waist would be a good choice. Maxi dresses are also really popular right now so that might be a good choice (plus you can wear them all summer and be super comfy). Express has some cute ones and also a couple regular length dresses that might work as well.

A wrap dress would work well too.  It would give some ruching in the tummy area which would help hide things and usually the neckline is really flattering to the girls- especially if you've grown in that area.

Ann Taylor loft has a lot of cute dresses that you could probably still wear.

 

I also saw a cute dress in Lerner NY today that would probably work.

Thanks everyone for all the suggestions!  Hitting the mall up tomorrow and definately checking out Express.   I truly appreciate all your help!
