I LOVE cilantro as well :) It is beyond me that some people don't like it, pure craziness!

    Have you ever checked out ihatecilantro.com?  Those people have some SERIOUSLY strong opinions on the subject.

    I will say that cilantro is one of those things that you need to use when it's really fresh - otherwise it does get kinda funny tasting.  But, yeah, it's one of my favorite culinary flavors.

    I've never heard of that website, too funny. I always buy fresh and it is so yummy! I should really grow some of my own.
