Actually got: 15 minute session, 8 black and white photos, listen to heartbeat, and 3D sneak peak, gender determination offered.

The company does a gender determination u/s 16-24 weeks for $69.99.

Print outs but their machine was down so they just gave us a cd.

I just went to mine on Saturday....the earliest they would take me was 14 weeks for 2D gender determination...it was $65 for about 15-20 minute session, I got 6 pictures to take home and it was pretty obvious it was a boy! I had to call around though, the first couple places I called wouldn't take you until 17 weeks....BUT, I think they were assuming I wanted 3D/4D only.

I live in DC so take this with a grain of salt because everything is expensive here. The cheapest package I found was $75 for 2D u/s with b&w photos on a CD. I go this weekend so I'm not sure how long the session is. Everything else (3D/4D, some with video, others just photos) was $100-$350. 

ETA. It's for early gender determination and the earliest places around here do it is 16w.
