First tooth question...

So I can feel a sharp little edge and see the tooth a bit, I think only a small bit of it has poked through his gum.  When/what day of tooth progress did you officially document the first tooth?  Silly I know but I want to write it in his baby book.  I guess I could just call it 22 weeks and call it good but wondered what everyone else has done.
