Ugh! These allergies!!!

Does anyone happen to have any tips on how to control severe allergies? I've had them all my life and normally Zyrtec keeps them in check, but lately I'm just miserable! I got the OK from my doctor to keep taking Zyrtec, but it's just not working anymore and there is too much to for me to do during the day to take benadryl! At 12 and a half weeks, I'm already putting up with the digestive upsets, nausea, head aches and back pain. I don;t think I should have to put up with something as annoying as a stuffy nose! Any and all ideas are welcome!

My doc just reupped my Rx for Nasonex.  It was safe for me to take while pregnant, but I couldn't handle the taste... With the allergy season being so bad this year, I went back to him to get something besides Zyrtec as well... He represcribed Nasonex... It's helped some.  Another thing that is on my "regimen" is to use a neti-pot, however when I was pregnant I didn't handle that very well either. lol

Menthol-y stuff helped some too to at least get my sinuses open enough for me to breathe through my nose.
