Our Memorial Day surprise - introduction

Hello ladies. I thought I would post and introduce myself. My name is Kathy I am 33 years old and my husband and I have been trying to have our first child for almost 2 years. After a few treatments of Clomid we were lucky enough to conceive our first baby in September of 2010 and got our first BFP on October 2nd. Sadly, a few days later I started to have some cramping and started spotting on the 5th. By October 13th were were told that I was in fact having a miscarriage and we lost our baby.
We decided to take a break from TTC and give it another try in December when I started back on the Clomid. Well on New Years Day I slipped and broke my right foot! We had to once again put off TTC until I healed and was back on my feet. Very frustrating!
Now to the good news 
We started TTC again in March and on my second round of Clomid I got a BFP this past Saturday! We are beyond excited and I am of course scared out of my mind. I probably go to the bathroom 100 times a day to make sure there is no spotting. I am trying to relax and not drive myself crazy. I know the stress isnt good for the little one.
Anyways! I just wanted to say hello. thebump has been a great source of information for me and the ladies were a great support when I need it the most. I look forward to getting to know all of you a little better!

I'm sorry for your loss, but congratulations on your BFP!
We're all scared out of our minds about being pregnant again. Just remember to take one day at a time and try enjoy every moment of your pregnancy. Wishing you a happy and healthy nine months.

I think we are all scared out of our minds at least some of the time. It is one of the unfortunate side effects to PGAL. Just remember the mantra: "Today I am pregnant and I love my baby."
