I'm down 1.1 for a total of 10.1! YAY! I hit the 10lb mark (for the 2nd time since starting this).
That was the completion of my 11th week. (I actually thought it was 12 but recounted and it's only 11).
I have to say -- 11 weeks is a long time for me to stick to ANYTHING. So while I'm still not being NEARLY as strict as I normally would be -- or should be -- I'm still doing it. I'm letting myself slack here and there and I'm getting back on track (over and over and over again). I'm not allowing myself to screw up once and call it quits. That part feels good.
So now that I've hit 10lbs, my next goal is to get to pre-pregnancy weight which is 8.3lbs away. After that, it's "weight at which I started dating Joe" weight. And that is 36lbs from pre-pregnancy weight. Then it will be wedding weight (which is 10lbs from "dating weight"). Then it will be high school senior weight --- which is 54lbs from wedding weight. LOL LONG way to go huh?!
Re: Monday morning weigh-in ....a day late
I sucked it up bigtime and didn't watch what I ate all freakign weekend.
I did run 6 miles Friday night though, but no other exercise (other than walking through the creek Sunday) all weekend.
Thanks shopgirl! They still feel like OVERWHELMING milestones -- but they are milestones nonetheless!
r9'er -- take it from me. One weekend is not going to mess it all up. So what? You indulged a bit more this weekend. Between the run you did Friday, and the one you are going to do today (
) you are still on track! Keep it up girl! You ARE doing it! (And 6 miles...I want to die just thinking about it! LOL)
I would rather run today than go to counseling. :P
