Anyone else back on the diet wagon today?

Well it was a wonderful holiday weekend that included lots of cookouts and other yummy treats, but today its back to reality. Happy to report that I just resisted a giant spread of assorted Panera bagels and baked goods that my well meaning bosses brought in to thank us for our hard work. The cinnamon crunch bagel gave me the side-eye but I proudly drank my water and got the heck out of there.   

Anyone else back on the healthy eating bandwagon today?

    I am back on today after a few days of emotional eating.  I'm ready to get both emotions and food in check!  Also, I saw a picture of my thighs in my bathing suit and if that isn't motivation, I don't know what is.
