To those following the story, I said I would update.
Just got home from my shift tonight and they are all doing better, still not out of the woods but better. The littlest/youngest (found out tonight, they are guessing age by size, so it could be off, they really aren't sure of age) anyway, she is finally eating fish, they still tube feed the calves, but now she is starting to want the fish too, normally she would just play with them, because she still nursed, so she didn't know that she was suppose to eat them..so cute, she is progressing. The other calve is starting to get really excited when its feeding time and flapping her tail up and down and splashing in the water..so cute, and the one with the tail/fluke that needs therapy, still is not straight, but its better.
I go back next Tuesday morning, I am going to do the 4 AM to 8 AM shift so that I have daylight to see them, the past two have been 8 PM to midnight, so I dont see much.
Here is the link to their facebook page if anyone wants to see pictures..they are so cute and to hear them breath is so incredible and tonight the little one was talking the whole night, did I mention how cute she is

Re: Update on Pilot Whales
How incredible and inspiring! It's really awesome that you're able to be part of something like that. It must feel so nice to be a part of something so much bigger.
Thanks for the update!...I couldn't get the pictures to come up.
