I recently was diagnosed with PCOS.  I was not thinking anything could or would happen and I gave up.  Today, I got a bfp!  I am very nervous as this is my second pregnancy after a miscarriage in Nov 2010.  I hope the bpf is for real and will stay.  I plan on calling the ob tomorrow to see what the next steps are.  AHHHHHH!!!!!
TTC since 8/2010 9/27/10 - BFP! 11/30/10 - M/C (11 weeks) and D & C 5/31/11 - BFP! 6/25/11 M/C (8 weeks) and D & C Genetic Testing to follow...nothing found :( 9/11 - BFP! 11/11/11 M/C (7 weeks) natural Dx: Hypothyroidism 5/1/12 - BFP! EDD: 1/1/13 Lilypie Pregnancy tickers

    Congratulations! I too have PCOS and will be 24 weeks pregnant tomorrow. My lifesaver? Metformin and progesterone. Maybe you can inquire about meds?

    Welcome and congratulations!  I also have PCOS and my RE and MFM have both assured me that it won't prevent me from having a healthy pregnancy.  They may just need to keep a closer eye on your hormones at first. 

    Wishing you a very happy, healthy and uneventful 9 months.

    So....I went to the ob's office today.  I called this morning and told me to come right in.....and the doctor's urine test came back negative.  They said that my hpt may be more sensitive than there's.  I'm going to blood work tomorrow.  After I freaked out at the doctor's office, I came home and took 3 more hpt's.  ALL POSITIVE!  I hope the bloodwork comes back positive and that this baby sticks.  I'll keep everyone posted.  Thank you all for the warm wishes and thoughts.  Having people to talk to that have been through the same thing is reassuring.
