Looks like a misspelling of Avon to me. Which reads thug boys' name, due to THE WIRE.

That being said, I like Avalon and (to a lesser extent) Avonlea for girls, but I'm bookish.

I think it depends on how its pronounced. To me, Eh-vin is cute. A-vin, like Avent is not my favorite.
