Nervous for tomorrow.

in Pregnant after a Loss

I go in tomorrow at 10:00 am for my second u/s.  This is the one where we should hopefully see a heartbeat.  I am getting really anxious and am not sure how I am going to sleep tonight.  If you could spare any T&Ps that everything goes well tomorrow, I would really appreciate it.
