We have a long day ahead of us. We are headed to my mom's this afternoon. Hopefully Baby Bun takes a good nap this morning. What's on everyone's schedule today?

We're doing laundry and cleaning the house.  My parents live too far away and the in-laws went to Florida for the weekend, so we don't have any Memorial Day weekend cookouts or anything. Boo.

I think we're getting Arby's for dinner.

DH is making Belgian waffles for breakfast and then we are probably heading to IKEA.  Once we get back, DD#1 is demanding to make banana bread.  Hope everyone has a good day!

ETA: Nix that.  Just paid all the bills and checked the bank account.  I'm too broke to go to IKEA.

We are packing and getting ready for Mexico. Lincoln woke up last night and was running a fever of 102.6. Ugh, poor baby. He doesn't seem to have any symptoms except a fever so I'm contemplating taking him to immediate care. I would just hate to take him out of the country with an infection or something, but I would hate to show up and have them tell me it is a cold or a teething fever.  I don't know what to do really. Ugh.

Emie, since you're going to be traveling, I'd probably err on the side of caution and if he's still hot in a few hours and nothing else has changed, go to urgent care.

 

For me - I woke up in a baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad mood.  It's beautiful outside and we have no plans, but I need to clean and food shop for some company coming over for dinner tomorrow.

We're hanging out at home today and hosting a tiny cookout with one other family.  Right now I am hanging out with the boys while my H is on a run.  The boys are full of funny today so we are having a good day.

H took DD to the supermarket so for now the boys and I are just hanging out. Later we will be heading to the in laws to BBQ. It doesn't look like they will be getting a nap today or tomorrow so I'm a little nervous.

We've got a fairly quiet day ahead...

DH is working until 3:00, I've been doing a bit of straightening around the house (maybe this nesting thing is finally kicking in) and we don't really have much planned for when he gets home, either.  I'll probably try to get a load or two of laundry done, as well.

Not to mention waiting for our DD to decide she's done cooking and is ready to make her debut! As much as she's been stretching out lately, you'd think she'd decide that she's had enough of being cramped up!

My DD is down for a nap now. So I get to relax a little, since yesterday I did all of my housework.

I'm hoping to go shopping later on and get my eyebrows waxed.

We have no plans for today. I keep trying to watch the biggest loser finale on Hulu, but it's skipping a lot (I've managed to go almost a week without being spoiled on who won), so that's frustrating. I think I'm going to read for a bit and then maybe take a nap.

I woke up at 5 am with a terrible sore throat. I feel miserable, it's CD 2, I've worked out really hard for the past 3 days so all my muscles hurt, plus a low grade fever and swollen glands. I just want to hang out in bed, but DH and I both have the day off, and we've worked opposite schedules for the past few weeks. I think we might go mini-golfing. 

Sorry for being such a cranky biotech.

DH just got home from a camping trip/party and is napping. I'm lazing around reading and looking at craft projects to keep me entertained while I'm laid up for the next five weeks.
