This is probably a stupid question but...

Can babies eat deli meat? I know the processed deli meats like bologna and salami are filled with fat and nitrates and are unhealthy, but what about Boar's Head (or another all natural brand) turkey breast or chicken? I thought I heard somewhere deli meat was a no-no but I have no idea why or where I heard it...I don't see why they couldn't.

    I was wondering the same thing because everytime we eat sandwiches for lunch I have to make two lunches because Idk if LO can have lunch meat. All we eat is boar's head turkey. Sorry Im no help but wondering just as you are.
