Fever..

Hey Ladies..

 So I have been feeling really run down today, I figures it is because I woke up at 4:45 am and couldn't go back to sleep, plus allergies. Took my temp at the reg time and it was 98.6. About 1 hour ago I took my temp (thermometer) and I am running a fever of 101.8! How does this affect temping? And what happens if I am running a fever and check bbt tomorrow? is it accurate???

    As far as I know, running a fever does affect your BBT readings...your body is hotter, so your temp is bound to change if you are sick. If I were you I would still put the temp into FF and then mark today with "illness" on FF. I would do the same thing tomorrow if you are still runnning a fever. Then let FF figure it out! I would also pay closer attention to your CM (if you check that) this cycle since you know your temps are a little off. I hope you feel better soon!

    ::blinks::  Of course a fever will affect your temp.  Temp like you normally would and mark fever tomorrow.

    I know a fever will affect my temps, my question was in what way will it affect it.

    We've been BD EOD due to charting of CM, so Im gonna suck it up tonight too and be a trooper lol...
