Re: Swim diapers?

  • I like applecheeks swim diapers.

    DD1 born 5/24/10.

    Missed M/C at 14 wks Feb 2012.

    DD2 born 5/14/13.

    Missed M/C at 9 wks July 2015.

    Expecting someone new 4/17/17.
  • For swimming in a lake or the ocean, you could use an un-stuffed pocket.  If you're swimming in a chlorinated pool you should probably spend the $10-$12 on a swim diaper so you don't ruin the PUL on your pocket.

I've used the iPlay and a Bummis Swimmi on DD.  I like them both, but the Bummis one is more adjustable.

  • The pool I take my LO swimming in (at my in-laws) is a salt water pool, not chlorine, and I use a Flip cover with no liner in it. Works great. A unstuffed pocket also works well. Like PP said, a swim diaper's only purpose is to contain fecal matter, not urine.
