XP: Tiny Love mobile doesn't fit crib...

anyone know of any workarounds or anything?

I didnt have that mobile, but the one that I got didnt fit my crib either. You can definitely jimmy rig it I'm sure, but I just took mine back :[

I have a Tiny Love mobile and it came with 2 different attachments for the crib - one of them was some kind of extender in case the crib was too thick, I think? We didn't have to use it on our Graco Lauren crib. Did yours come with that though?

Is it the crib or the mobile that is the issue? I remember reading crib reviews and this being a common complaint about certain models (especially sleigh-style ones). Have you googled it to see if there's a workaround?

I think ours came with an extender thing too. I returned ours tho because it was noisy when it turned. Maybe the one we got was just messed up. I bought a different one tho, which doesn't have the remote and it only winds up to play music. Hoping I don't regret it.
I would check into the extender for yours. Maybe yours was returned and that peice didn't get put back in the package or something.

I'll have to look for the extender...I didn't see it anywhere in the directions. Hmmm....But I definitely didn't go through the entire box yet. I'll have too look.

The issue is the top of the crib is too wide...there's nothing wrong per se with the mobile...just that it only fits cribs with a smaller top.  I haven't googled...good idea!

It looks like some of the Tiny Love ones come with an extender and others don't. I have the Tiny Love Classic Mobile...do any of you who found that yours has an extender have this one?

i have that mobile and I didn't see any kind of extender with it.

I have the Sweet Island Dreams mobile by Tiny Love. I still have the package and I checked the box and it actually advertises on it that it has a new crib attachment that helps it fit most cribs.

So I went back and tried again and was able to get it on...it's lower than I would like...but it'll work.  Apparently you can also call Tiny Love and they will send you an adapter for free. At least according to some things I found when googling.  I'm gonna call next week and see about that, because I'd rather have it a little higher than it is right now...and a little more secure!

Thanks girls!!! I'm slowly getting the room organized and will have pictures by the end of the weekend! yay!
