Hello Ladies and Babies! My name is Hope and I am currently 5w6d along. I am researching water aerobics classes in the Charleston area. Not only to start an exercise regimen, but also to connect with locals Mommies!

Does anyone know of a place to go? Any input would be great. Thank you!

I did water aerobics while I was pregnant last summer everyday! It was the best thing I have ever done and kept my weight gain at a minimum. Try the following places: Charleston County Rec Dept and Mount Pleasant Rec Dept. Also, ask your OBGYN...mine had a suggestion for a local lady, Amy Parker.
