when people post pictures of their kid passed out in the high chair, jumperoo, etc. That will never happen to my kid.  We are lucky if he falls asleep in the carseat.

I'm with you.  Kate fell asleep ONCE in her high chair after she hadn't napped that day.  She has never fallen asleep anywhere else, except her bed and the car.

Same with my boys. Heck, I'm lucky that they fall asleep in their beds.  Carseat is rare and neither has EVER fallen asleep in a highchair or on the floor while playing.

I'm with you! I don't understand how that could possibly happen. My daughter only naps for 30 minutes, three to four times a day. She'll sleep in my arms or in her crib, sometimes in her car seat. That's it.

That's just one of MANY pictures I have of Nathan sleeping in random places.  We were at the balloon glow.  Crazy people everywhere, loud noises, balloons randomly filling up and glowing... lots to see and the boy falls asleep sitting straight up.  He's just like his father.

Gabe has NEVER fallen asleep in the highchair - he's way to serious about his food.  He will fall asleep in the car, but usually wakes up as soon as the car stops.  It's only been recently that he will stay asleep if we've completely worn him out (I'm talking running him around for several hours at a park).  Isaac seems to be the same way with the carseat, even with the infant carrier he wakes up when the car stops.

This is the child that wouldn't sttn until 13 months.  Maybe this is why. 

This kid slept anywhere.
