    Me too, it has been raining for over a week.  All the rivers in the area are getting super high.  No floods yet, but we can't take much more rain.

    ETA:  I hope I don't sound like a douche complaining about rain while you are dealing with storms/tornados.

    yea we have another round coming through now.

    We are heading to the Outer Banks for the weekend and we're either ahead of the storms or they are heading North. It was ugly in Raleigh earlier though.

    I feel you. We had to cancel our camping trip this weekend due to terrible weather and the rivers are rising to flood level. But I have to remind myself that it's really not nice around here until July.

    I really hope everyone stays safe re: tornadoes. I was moved to tears the other day watching a Joplin news story.

    You must be south of me, Buckin....  I'm in ME, waiting to see if the storms are going to start.  We're under a severe thunderstorm watch until 8pm, but it's cooled down some and I'm not sure we're going to get anything.

    As much as I'm sick of the rain, I'm kinda disappointed - I do enjoy a good thunderstorm!

    I have not seen much my way today. We can hear thunder from so far away though. The dogs are not fans.

    Still nuthin',so I guess that means we got lucky this go round.

    On a positive note, it looks like it's going to hold off for tomorrow - which will make marching with the band for Bowdoin College's commencement a much more pleasant experience!
