CD40?

Well, today is cycle day 40 for me.  I haven't started temping yet (waiting for cd1) and according to my opk testing, I ovulated around the 13th. I guess that would make me ... 14 or 15 dpo? I've tested and just get BFN's. Argh. 

I obviously don't know my cycle very well because I haven't started temping yet, but I do know that normally my cycles are around the 30 day mark. As far as I can remember , I have never had a cycle this long. At what point would you call your Dr? I know I've heard 60, and maybe I am just way impatient, but that seems like a long time to wait when my longest cycle hasn't been longer than 30 days.  

I guess I'll just chuck this up to being impatient and wanting to start trying again. New cycle, Come on!!!

(I realize this could possibly be flame worthy. Sorry if it is!)

TTC is all about waiting!!!!  It can be frustrating.  I would say to call your doctor now and tell them what is going on.  They may tell you to wait for a few more weeks, but I always call to ask when I am unsure about anything.  There is no harm in calling and maybe it will give you peace of mind.

My first cycle off of Mirena was 44 days and I remember it not being fun at all. I did call my doc around CD 40 and was told exactly what all of these ladies say, wait until CD60 and call back. Good luck! Hopefully you O or get AF soon so that you can start charting!

Good to know. I just wouldn't think it would vary one month so crazy considering I have never been on any type of birth control ever. They scare me. lol
