Less Food = More Poop?

Lately DD has been going through the phase where she's not eating nearly as much as she used to. She doesn't seem hungry, she's just not eating as much. But she's pooping all.the.time! For example, yesterday, in the 2.5 hours between wake up and morning nap, she pooped 3 times. You would think that if she's eating less, she's pooping less, but not so much. Is this normal? Or could it be something else like teething?
