I am in serious need of some mental stimulation and work isn't what's missing I promise. I know there are photography classes and things like that at UC, but was wondering if there are other universities/community centers that offer this? Maybe NKU, but google is just giving me their adult professional certification classes. I would be open to just about anything, ballroom dancing, craft type stuff, photography, musical, etc. I just need something to get me out occasionally for some ed-U-macation.

Any places that you ladies can throw out there that would be on the KY side of the river?

Re: Classes for adults
I know that a lot of community centers/rec centers offer stuff like this, and you don't have to be a resident to take classes (although they offer resident rates). I would check your city or county rec center to see if there are any classes. When we lived near Kettering, we belonged to the rec center and they had classes for everything you could imagine for adults-- art, dance (tap and ballet), swim, cooking, singing, sewing, quilting, etc. The prices were usually for six week classes and ranged from $20-$125, depending on supplies and what was required, which I think is a deal.
If you're crafty, Jo-Ann Fabrics has classes for intro to sewing, quilting 1, quilting 2, etc. My mom took some and loved them.
