I usually post on SAIF, and used to post on the August 10 board. I threw my DH out on Tuesday, and am in the process of filing for a divorce. Things have been rocky for us for a while now, and I have had enough. I am sad for my DD, but know that this is the best thing for us.

That's usually dealt with in the divorce papers haha.

I have my lawyer working on all of this. He is getting visitation in the mean time, which makes me a little uneasy, but we shall see.
