I used to be able to do that back in the day...rifle and sabre. I was on the "weapon line" in high school color guard! Those were the days. And it's not totally useless, that was the best arm workout ever. I had some awesome guns. I actually joked about ordering a rifle off ebay one day just to get my arms looking good again.
