Pregnant after a Loss

Um...can't breathe through my nose

My nose is SO stuffy. I can't stand it. I don't think I've been able to actually breathe through my nose all day.

Re: Um...can't breathe through my nose

  • I'm having the same problem.  My lips are all chapped because I have been mouth-breathing for at least a week at this point.

I hope you get relief soon!

  • Ugh, my nose has been stuffy  for the past 3 weeks!
  • It's awful. When I used to get really bad like this with my sinus and allergy issues, I used a Vick's smelly stick. Worked, just not sure if I can inhale all the menthol right now, lol. I remember my doc way back telling me yes or no, I just can't remember what.
