i have a job interview tomorrow morning for an internal transfer within my company. i really really need this change.

and i know the other guy they are interviewing isn't about to take 12 weeks off and come back with a baby (although i know they can't technically use that against me, blah blah, it's still crosses my mind)

Any spare interview dust would be appreciated!

Oh - good luck!  I interviewed for a new position last year when I was 6 months pg and got it.  Hopefully they won't be concerned about the leave.
