    34 weeks this week!  I had to go in for b/w this morning since I was exposed to Fifths Disease on a recent school visit.  I have to go back for retesting on Tuesday. 

    QOTW-BR:

    1. What is the latest thing you made/bought for your LO. PIP if you would like. :)  DH and I just went to buy a bottle rack for drying bottles, as well as the headrest for newborns in the carseat and two mirrors for our cars.  (We had a gift card!)

    2. Have you decided on a name yet? Does it have a special meaning?   Yes, we have a name picked out.  The first name will be after DH's father, who passed away when DH was 18.  His middle name will be after my grandfather, who I was very close to, and passed away a few years ago.

    QOTW-NBR:

    1. What song did you and DH dance to for your first dance?  We danced to "Feels Like Home".  Its a song from "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days", and it fits us perfectly.  <3

    2. What is one of your favorite movies or TV shows from your childhood?  I wasn't allowed to watch much TV as a young child.  I did get to watch The Muppets, and I LOVED that!

    Hi Ladies! Getting close!

    1. What is the latest thing you made/bought for your LO. PIP if you would like. Nothing recently. I bought some nursing bras/tanks for myself, but that's the only shopping trip I've made since she's been born. The hospital has given us lots of blankets, hats and booties made by volunteers for preemies. No PIPs on hand, but they are cute!

    2. Have you decided on a name yet? Does it have a special meaning? Corinne Avery. No special meaning. After she was born, that night, DH and I pretty much had an "Oh sh!t we need to come up with a name, fast" moment. We agreed that this was a name we could both live with (even though we each had our own top choices). And now, I can't imagine any other name on her.

    1. What song did you and DH dance to for your first dance? Aerosmith-I don't wanna miss a thing

    2. What is one of your favorite movies or TV shows from your childhood? Smurfs!

I have some paper pom poms that will hang pretty high in the room and also a banner. These are both going to appear at my baby shower this saturday and then make their way into LO's room. Pics when I am done! 2. Have you decided on a name yet? Does it have a special meaning?Tristan Michael W____DH is Irish/Scottish(and we really like the name anyways) and the middle name is given to every boy(that I know of) on DH's father's side because the first baby my grandma died a few days after birth. His name was Michael.  QOTW-NBR:1. What song did you and DH dance to for your first dance?"So She Dances" By Josh Groban (We totally butchered the waltz though...: ) 2. What is one of your favorite movies or TV shows from your childhood?Land Before Time probably (Only the 1st one!) Hope everyone has a great week too!

    35/35 already!!!  And getting ready for my move to NJ, which is now pushed back a week.

    1. Most recent purchase:  We ordered the furniture- it's a natural wood colored "sleigh" crib, although it's not very much like a sleigh bed at all, and a matching dresser with a changing table that goes on top.  Can't wait to get it all set up in the new house.

    2. Names: we have a short list- for a girl either Elizabeth (my grandmother's name, she was AMAZING) or Aibhlin (it's Gaiilc so the B is pronounced like a V, and it means "longed for child"... enough said).  For a boy either Sullivan (my maiden name, and my grandmother always refers to her first husband (airforce piolet killed in a training accident) as "Sull"- I love it) or Calivn (for DH's grandfather).

    1. First dance: In Your Eyes, my BIL performed it live so it was really special

    2. Childhood TV show: The Wonder Years!!!  I still watch it when I find re-runs.

     ETA- Dambo- love the action shot of Corrinne, and the shades she wears in there- too cute!

    I had a great dr appt and u/s on Monday.  Baby is growing right on schedule, currently in the 50% precentile and weighs over 5 pounds (according to u/s measurements).  Dr said they would not stop labor now, though they do not see me coming early (fingers crossed it is still several weeks away).  But it was good to hear.

    1. What is the latest thing you made/bought for your LO. PIP if you would like. :)  Nothing fun... just basics (diaper cream, body wash, etc).

    2. Have you decided on a name yet? Does it have a special meaning? NO!  Please help me.  It is beginning to stress me out.

    We didn't buy it but the last thing that was bought for him is a t-shirt that says Grandpa's Little Biker. My dad bought it at Bike Week.

    Yes, his name will be Abel Weston C. No special meaning just something we both liked.

    Congratulations on another week down, ladies!!!  And, Dama, I'm so happy that you're still hanging out with us on here...LOVE the Corinne updates!  :)  DH has brought home yet another sickness from one of his germmongers at school, so I've been fighting yuck for the past few days.  :(  Hopefully I'll feel better before my niece's 2nd birthday party this weekend! QOTW-BR:1. What is the latest thing you made/bought for your LO. PIP if you would like. :)  We finally bought paint for the nursery last weekend!!!  I've started taping off the trim...can't wait to get some color on those walls!  :)2. Have you decided on a name yet? Does it have a special meaning?   We're likely going to name her Sutton Genevieve (because we can't seem to agree on anything else, although we're holding off telling people for sure so we can still change our minds if anything else comes up).  No special meaning with Sutton, but Genevieve was my maternal great-grandmother's name, my mother's given middle name (which she changed to her confirmation name because she didn't like it!) & the name of my mother's stillborn little sister (which has extra significance to me because of losing our first LO).  QOTW-NBR:1. What song did you and DH dance to for your first dance?  At our wedding, our first dance was to "Annie's Song" by John Denver.  :)  2. What is one of your favorite movies or TV shows from your childhood?  We could watch Star Wars (the original) over & over & over again...my sister, cousins & I had it memorized.  :)  There were a bunch of TV shows, mostly Saturday morning cartoons (like Dungeons & Dragons).  Have a wonderful week, ladies!!!

    I had my 30 week appt, yesterday...all was well and my doc answered my mile long list of questions.  (I think she is PG btwn, tee hee hee).  I go back in two weeks for a growth ultrasound (thanks to those lovely PAPP-A blood screwy blood levels during my NT scan).

    1. What is the latest thing you made/bought for your LO.

    I don't have a pic but yesterday I bought the toddler guard rail and the convertible bed rails that go with LO's crib.  I know it will be a long while before we need them, but BRU was having a 20% off sale and I had gift cards to cover the cost.  Now I don't need to worry about the crib being discontinued and not having all the pieces (that happened to our friends)

    2. Have you decided on a name yet? Does it have a special meaning?

    Lillian Jane.  Lillian we both love and Jane is after DH's paternal grandmother who helped raise him subsequent to his parent's divorce when he was 5.

PIP if you would like. :)Nothing exciting, just a 10 pack of white socks from Old Navy, then a sleeper and changing pad cover I found for cheap at TJ Maxx. Nothing PIP worthy. 2. Have you decided on a name yet? Does it have a special meaning?Brynn Helen M___ We picked Brynn due to it's Irish roots - it's actually a welsh boys name, but I added an N to make it more feminine. Wanted one syllable with long hard to say irish last name. Helen is the name of DH's deceased grandma.  QOTW-NBR:1.     The Wizard of Oz was and still is my all time favorite movie. I miss cartoons from the mid 80s, was obsessed with Saved by the Bell and then with Beavis & Butthead - haha!

I also bought two outfits at Ross. I have to stop buying stuff. With all of our family and friends spoiling him, we are quickly running out of space to put things! 2. Have you decided on a name yet? Does it have a special meaning?Luca Alberto...Luca is just a name we both really liked (got it from an Italian soccer player because DH is a huge soccer fan) and we thought it went well with our last name. Alberto is the name of DH's grandpa who we love to death, and my great grandmother's name was Alberta, and I was very close to her when I was young.  QOTW-NBR:1. What song did you and DH dance to for your first dance?At Last by Etta James 2. What is one of your favorite movies or TV shows from your childhood?Hmmmm...that's tough.     2. Have you decided on a name yet? Does it have a special meaning? We are naming her Layla Hadley. DH has loves the name Layla (also means 'dark beauty' in arabic) b/c of the song and I just adore the name Hadley from the Sookie Stackhouse series:)
