high protein vegetarian diet..

I tried looking on line but,  I keep finding books not foods. I'm trying to eat 6 small meals high in protein, low carbs. This is hard when I don't eat meat or eggs. Any suggestions besides tofu and beans? TIA : )

Eggs, greek yogurt, string cheese, quinoa, peanut butter, Ezekiel Bread, whole grain pastas

quinoa, raw nuts, peanut butter, tofu, legumes (my main sources)

Also, I buy a local co-op bread that is a complete protein bread (5g per slice)
