  • I would REALLY like to join this. My husband and I are "preparing" for TTC. I want to get my body as healthy as I can to support a healthy pregnancy. I have read so many articles on pregnancy complications and risks (And trouble TTC!) for women who are overweight, and that losing just 5-10% of your body weight can be helpful.

    Is it alright to join even though it looks like you've already started?
