In my basement. I just scooped it into a bucket and let it go outside in the garden. It's just hanging out not leaving. It has its eyes closed and is moving its little legs like it's dreaming. I'm sad because I think it's going to be eaten quickly.

Awwww. Poor little bugger. You were smart to get rid of it though. It's only going to grow and make itself a cozy home in your house.

I have no idea why I open these types of post.  Now I am going to freak about baby mice in my house.

Are you worried about the momma mouse? she has to be in your house if its eyes are still closed..what about its 18 brothers and sisters? 

Sorry I am a freak but I have fought the mouse fight..it  is a tough one.

We've been fighting the mouse fight for a long time too! That's one of the drawbacks to living in an old house.
