Anyone else really congested?

I don't feel sick and have never had allergies before but I'm super congested! So far I've just used Afrin at night so I can sleep but its getting to be unbearable during the day. Does anyone else have this problem? Are you taking anything for it? TIA!

If you use Afrin more than about three days, it'll cause congestion. Your body gets used to it and will actually get congested without it.

I've noticed a massive increase in my snot in the third tri. My nose runs often. I often take Benadryl at night to help keep my allergies down as they're bad any time of the year. I also use Neil Med's Sinus Rinse to help keep the allergens from building up in my sinuses and to help relieve some of the congestion. My doctor has also approved Sudafed, but I refuse to take it unless I'm desperate and I haven't hit that level of desperation yet.

I'm super congested. I've had this issue with all of my pregnancies. I don't take anything for it. Hope it gets better for you!

Glad to hear I'm not alone! Yeah, I'm on day 3 now so I'm getting concerned that its not better and will have to go without it from now on.....I'm going to the doctor tomorrow so I'll ask then. Thanks for the suggestions!
