I keep getting these cramps, really low, that are either intestinal or "period-like". All the while, I keep convincing myself that they are just intestinal (even though they aren't followed by any signs of them being intestinal i.e., gas or trips to the bathroom).
I'm going to ask my midwife about them this Friday, but does anyone else have this same problem?
How do you know if it is your ute vs your intestines?
I'm not having bleeding or fluid leaking or anything but it's still kinda a scary feeling.
Re: Cramps - Rediculous Question (TMI)
I have IBS and frequently struggle with whether I am experiencing intestinal cramping, or ute cramps. I don't have a great way of being able to tell the difference. For me, the intestinal cramps are just a hair higher and seem to move from one side of my belly to the other. Ute cramps seem to be all over my belly at the same time.
I hope your midwife can shed some light on this and you feel better soon. Maybe it would be worth a call just to ease your mind?
