NBR: Local blog designer recs?

A friend and I are going to start a blog and we want a more professional look than either of us can achieve right now.  Not that we don't have he expertise, we just don't have the time.  Do any of you have someone you can recommend?  We're looking for someone to design page themes, logos, icons, etc.  TIA

Not sure of your budget, but my friend Rob of Creative Prudence did my website and set up a very user-friendly Wordpress blog with it.

He's local.

I've heard great things about Jumping Jax Designs - though I personally haven't used her. I'm not sure if she's doing blog designs right now because of a complicated pregnancy, but it might be worth it to get on her wait list.
