I had my first u/s today and it did not go well. I'm supposed to be close to 6 weeks and all we saw was a sac. My dr sent me in to have my betas drawn again, but I wont find out until Friday. He was trying to sound hopeful, but realistic as well. I'm so sad I can't even think:(

My life has a superb cast but I can't figure out the plot.
I hope your dates are just a little off. Try and stay positive, sweetie. You are really early. I really don't even think they should allow u/s until 8wks because it can be so scary. I went at 5wks 5days and there was no hb. I was really scared and then went back the next week and everything was fine. T&Ps headed your way!

Oh L, lots of thoughts and prayers and sticky dust headed your way! Your LO still has time to catch up. A week or so can make a lot of difference. And it's a good point that your O date or implantation could have been a lot later than you originally thought.
I'm going in for my 2nd betas tomorrow morning and will probably find out Friday as well. I'll be praying for great b/w results for both of us!

I'm holding onto the hope that your dates were a little off . You're so early on that even a few days can make a big difference in what they can see.
