The belly button situation

What's your's doing? Mine was normal last week and then I looked down last night and it was fat and starting to get flat! I couldn't believe it because I have a very deep inny and didn't think it would pop, but now it seems well on its way. I just cant believe how big it looks and all the normal crevasses were changing and spreading. It was just shocking to see. Maybe he had a growth spurt between last week and now?

Mine is already changing, which I definitely was not expecting this early.  I hardly have a bump at all yet, but my belly button isn't much of an innie anymore.  It's kind of ugly already.

Mine is really flat right now and if I go to roll over and tighten up my abs it pokes out... its soooo weird...lol

Mine is already noticably different.  It is more shallow now and starting to spread out.  I really didn't expect it to happen this early.

That is odd. It is s weird how quickly things change. Last week I could life up my shirt and still see my abs over my bump. This week they are gone and when I try tighten them while I exercise I feel like everything is in the wrong spot, which I guess it is!

Mine looks wider (if that makes any sense at all) and the area around it is a little tender...so I fear what it is going to do as time goes on.

Mine never popped with my first pregnancy. It doesn't seem to be this time either. Maybe I am strange? lol

I think you are lucky. I have to say, aside from all the normal anxiety and stress we feel from being PgAL, the body changes have been really tough for me. It would be nice if it didn't pop, but I will just see this as a sign that my little boy is doing well and growing because nothing could be better than that.

Mine is starting to change.  I have a pretty big inny, and it's starting to work its way out, so I look like I have a lopsided outy within an inny.  DH thinks it's the funniest thing.  He touches it, yanks his finger away because it feels weird, giggles like a school girl, and repeats.  He does it at least 3 or 4 times in a row before I have to cut him off.  My belly button has become the circus act of our house.

Yeah, mine is also generally a deep inny and it's now basically completely flat. It's kind of fascinating. I don't know if it's going to pop. My mom said hers never did. Right now, it's like I don't really have a belly button!

I started off with a very deep innie as well, and at 36 weeks, my innie is still an innie. It has gotten a little shallower, but still definitely an innie. I'm thinking/hoping it'll stay that way, but only time will tell!

I have an umbilical hernia from DD, so while it's still in (barely) at the moment, it will pop soon and then it will be enormous!!!  I remember a brief period in DD's pregnancy when I could pop it in and out- so gross.

Mine is still a deep innie, and I swear it's getting deeper. When I wear tighter shirts you can see where my belly button crater is. It's a little embarrassing to have a giant hole in my front, but I haven't found a way to cover it. My mom's never popped, so here's hoping mine doesn't either.

Mine's normally a deep innie & has gotten shallower but is still an innie.  I know there are much, much, MUCH more important things to worry about, but I really hope it stays an innie!!!  Two more months to go to find out for sure...
