Allergies and BF

My allergies are making me miserable!  My throat is sore, and my eyes itch.

I know I can't take any good OTC meds.  So what can I take?

    I went to a farmers market and got local honey. I have a tbs every morning and it seems to help. It wasn't right away, but after a week I noticed improvement.

    i'm not help.. but my allergies have also been a horrible mess!! turning into a bad cold. i spent the day yesterday in bed it was so bad :(
