Where will you be when the last Oprah show airs?

i mean, i know people luuuurve her (BeckO, I'm looking at you), but I never really got into her show. I think b/c I was never home during the time she was on. That, and I don't really care about talk shows. 

So, to answer your question, during Oprah's last show (if it's today??), I will be finishing up Jack's b-day cake and starting to get dinner ready.

Is it today?  If so, I'll be on my way to the airport to pick up my fam.  I will admit that I have watched her more in the past year than I ever have before, but I don't know if I'll feel a real sense of loss when her show isn't on anymore.

How she gave back to others constantly, how she inspired people, promoted education and I think produced shows that made a difference in the world. I really think her shows aimed to make a positive impact on society.

I couldn't agree more. And I absolutely adore the way she was able to get the masses reading on a regular basis.

I'll be at work but I am recording it on my DVR. I didn't realize I should have recorded Monday's episode too.

We were in Chicago last week and met a few ladies that had 10th row tickets for one of her last shows that are airing this week. Pretty cool and I'll be looking for them.

I agree with this but I just never got into watching it on a consistent basis. Could be because I work during that time and just started recording it last month. I deleted a lot of shows because they were kinda boring sometimes.

Pretty much the same here.  I'll be working and not remotely thinking about Oprah.  Sorry, O-luvahs.....she's too arrogant for my taste.

When I got home finally, DH told me it was her last show.  I guess when it aired, I was going down a ride at schlitterbahn recovering from when some seniors tipped me over on the river ride minutes earlier.  I can't say that I was aware she was even on tv.
