My husband was holding a highly coveted toy and Sprout totally let go of the coffee table and strolled on over to take it.

So, then I held another highly coveted item (in this case, the forbidden remote) and he walked over too.

Crawling is still clearly the preferred method of transport, but the walking was undeniable.  I'm both proud of him & terrified at increased mobility!

thanks ladies!  the one good thing I can think about with walking is no more him crawling through the mulch (I find this gross & probably uncomfortable).

It's great when they're so non-chalant, like "oh, I think I'll start walking now..." and meanwhile as parents we're freaking out!!

Whoop whoop!  Bambino and Sprout are on the same schedule!  He has picked up speed this last week and is walking everywhere!  Go, babies, go!
