Speaking of losing weight ...

I'm keeping a running list of songs to use for my before and after pics slideshow. If I keep slipping up it's going to be a while but it's fun. Lol. Right now, I'm loving Baby Bash's 'Suga Suga', Beyonce's 'Girls Run the World' and Usher's 'More'. Just some randomness for you.

    Yay - that is an awesome idea for the before/after pics slideshow.  I'm totally stealing that as motivation for myself!  :)

     I haven't had a chance to email at all this week, but I'm thinking of both of you!!!

    I love looking at before and after pics on Youtube. I can't tell you how much time I can waste on there. Lol.
