Flats ?

I have been switching over to prefolds and wool from pockets to allow LO's bum to "breathe" but I would like to try out flats bc they seem much more customizable.  I was about to buy organic gmd's and they are now sold out until 2012!  So I am thinking about the unbleached but the sizing doesn't have a lot of info.  I have a chunky baby around 19 pounds and tall.  The small seems to be about the same size as the one size osocozy.  Does anyone know how these fit... or have recommendations for another brand of flats that work for you?

I love the large unbleached.  I think I got the organic, but I'm sure the regular would be good too.  We don't use them that often, but they are easy to fold into a smaller diaper if needed so would get the large.
