Looking for the appropriate place to post...

I mentioned before about being severly affected by PPD after my dd was bron in January of this year. And then again being hit by a ton of bricks when my mother passed away suddenly on May 2nd of this year of SADS. I am looking for a plce where I can comfortably talk about what happened on a regualr basis, but ahev looked around at other forums, and just dotn feel comfortable joining. Can I post here? I seem to feel comfortable here..and it does affect my PPD if that is a good enough relation to the topic. Let me know how you all feel about me posting more about what happened to her, and how I am dealing. I know grieving the lost of a loved one and PPD are two different things, but I am doing both at once, and really need a comfortable place to go. Thanks!

I think this is a great place for you to post and get support. 
The only drawback is that this board doesn't seem very active.  I'm mostly on a different board that has a lot of activity.

I would love to hear your story. I dont have any PPD, but I also havent had the baby yet. Losing someone you care about is very hard. I lost my uncle a year ago, on my b-day of all days and it was very hard. I have never gone through a death before. We can talk if you like!

I think it would be fine to post here, but like Kelanne said, it isn't very active.  Which is unfortunate considering how many women have PPD.  I will try to check back.

Definitely post here.  Take care of yourself!  My nurse says, get outside and get sunshine in your eyeballs, eat healthy, exercise, make sure to get enough sleep, and remember to take your meds!
