What to take for a tummy ache??

My stomach hurts so bad :( It is not crampy so much as just hurts. I know this is normal, but what can I take for it? Pepto which is what I always take is obviously something I can't do. I took tylenol but it did not help. Tea either...

    tums! i've been popping them like candy, and my OB said they are completely safe. they really help, too!
