Can't believe we agree! WDYT?

We are team green and are planning to take our name list to the hospital and name the baby once we see him/her.  I posted a few days ago needing a MN for Jacob b/c DH really liked the name.  Well, we didn't agree on any but were able to agree on a few other names.  The list may change before December but here it is so far. Please tell me your opinions.  TIA!

Great choices! I like all of your boys' names. I'm sick of hearing Ava, and have never been a fan of Lauren, but they are all real (correctly spelled) and fine names. My favourite boys' name would be Jack Henry and girls' would be Mary Josephine. Well, actually Catherine Josephine, but that wasn't an option.

These are all lovely names!

Just a note (which has been discussed here before):  Benjamin James (a name I wanted for our future son) gives BJ initials.  DH didn't like that and I guess it is something to consider.

Jude Michael is my favorite of your boy names. I like Ava Catherine from your girl list, but Josephine would be my choice for a first name.

Really, you can't go wrong with any of your names- they are all fantastic!

My personal picks would be Jude Michael and Mary Josephine (although Lauren Elizabeth is a very, very close second). Good luck!

Of your names I love the boys names,esp Jude and Benjamin. I am a little tired of Jack due to the Jack/Jackson craze, and I've always felt like Jack made a better nn than full name.

I think your girl names are just lovely but Mary Josephine is by far the shining star! What a refreshing name we don't hear often and a beautiful fn/mn combo. I think Ava is too popular for my taste and Lauren is lovely but has never had that "spark" for me.

They are all great names. My preference is for Benjamin James and Lauren Elizabeth.

I love Jude!! That would be my first choice of your boys names. All your girl names are nice names, but if I had to rank them it would be Mary Josephine first, followed by Ava and then Lauren.

Boys- tough call! I like Jack, but prefer it as a nn to John. I LOVE Benjamin James and Jude Michael- great choices!

Girls- Mary Josephine would be reduced to Mary Jo where I come from and that is just a little too much for me. Sorry. I love Ava Catherine (despite its popularity) Ava Katherine is our front-runner for a girl. There is nothing wrong with Lauren Elizabeth, I just don't care for it. They are both classic, feminine names, and would be a fine choice, but I can't make myself like it.

Not really intentional, we are Catholic and Josephine is the name of a very dear family friend who happens to be a nun, Sister Josephine.  I just felt Mary Josephine went together better.
