So I'm guessing most of you have heard of the horrific tornado that hit Joplin, Missouri this past Sunday night.  I live not terribly far from there (about 60 miles away), and were not at all affected.  There are so many people who lost everything, and there have already been many deaths reported (last count I heard was 89, but I'm sure that is an outdated number by now).  Anyway, please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

I second this prayer request!  My grandmother survived, but the number of deaths due to this horrific natural disaster keeps climbing.  The latest number I saw reported was 116.  The already small town is just devastated and it will take several miracles to rebuild what was lost and for families to heal.

Last number I saw on cnn was 118 deaths. So sad. My cousin lives in Joplin. Thankfully her and her family are all ok (including their pets), but their house is completely gone.
