Is there such a thing as a pocket training pant? I am sick of buying pullups for nighttime, but all the trainers we have get soaked instantly. If I could stuff a ton of hemp inside, we might have a chance.

And I am sick of buying pull-ups!

Are you wanting it to be easily removed?  If not you could do a fitted with a cover.  This way your LO will feel the wetness but it would be absorbent.   I don't know of any pocket trainers.
