I brought DS to all my OB appointments. For most of them, he was immobile (besides crawling). When he started getting mobile at the very end of my pregnancy, I left him with my mom because I was as large as a house and it wasnt worth the work to chase him.
I usually book the kids pedi's appointments together when I can. I delayed DS's one year appointment so I could do it the same day as DD's 2 week checkup. I bring both kids with me to the doctors no matter what.
I could have never brough DS with me to my OB appts. He is just too all over the place. And, last week we brought him to DD's 1 week appt, and it was a lot. He just doesn't sit still. So, for her 1 month appt, I am going to try to find a sitter for him, but then after that he will need an 18 month appt, so I am going to try to schedule with her 2 month. Although I will have to schedule on a Saturday so DH can come too. There is no way I would be able to take both of them to the Dr by myself. At least not with the age DS is now.

Most of the time I brought them with me. Just packed a bag of toys and snacks and unless the appointment went unusually long (over 1 1/2 hours) they were pretty good. This time around I am working full time so I scheduled appointments right before/after work and just skipped lunch.
I took her to every one with me. They loves her so they didnt care. I also baked them something just about everytime I had an apt so the loved me too.
I also took her to the peds apt to. I have them on a 2 shot at a time sched so take they every month. #1 was still on that sched so most of the time she was seen too.
I took DD to some OB appts. It just depended on what was going on. If she was with me, she was strapped in her stroller with a toy or snack trap. She is pretty chill so she never minded or caused any problems.
I have not taken her to any of DS's well-baby appointments. The first few she stayed with my DH, his 4m she was with a sitter, his 6m she went to one of my girlfriend's house. I feel like he deserves my undivided attention every once in awhile so on appts. where I know he is getting shots and it might be more waiting I try to take him alone. If in the future I can't find care for DD then she will come with me. But I always try.

I didn't take her to many OB apts just wasn't a great age, however I just try to make both of their pedi apts at the same time that way I have DH take off work and we just go at one time and everyone gets seen at once. Taking two screaming babies out the door after shots isn't much of a treat though But its convienent that way!
Snuggling after a nap!
Claira 2 yrs and Sophia 11 months
Umbrella stroller! I brought Owen to almost all of my appts, but wouldn't have gone if I couldn't have contained him. I bring them to each other's appts at the pediatrician. I cannot see how anyone would have an issue with that unless it was taking extra long because I was distracted by the other child.
DD comes to any OB appt where I don't need a full exam (pap, etc). I just strap her in the stroller with a book or toy or snack and she's usually happy to watch and play. I am babysitting a 3 month old right now and have taken both to my appts with the OB and endo (for GD). Double stroller and some toys to distract and we're good to go.

I bring DS to all OB appointments except Ultrasounds. He couldn't sit still and I can't get up and chase him. If DH can come with us that's obviously ideal, but his work schedule is unpredictable and I'm a SAHM so DS comes.
You need to ask your OB office if kids are ok. I had to change offices while pregnant with DS because the doctor I was using would not allow children in the office.
I now bring them both in the stroller to all appointments. If one is being seen I can leave the other in the stroller and know he or she is safe from getting into anything and focus on the child being seen.
