Doctors Appointment (update)

Went to my first appointment today. They did the urine test and it was coming out as a faint positive. I told her I've taken 2 pregnancy test (+ and digital) and they were both positive. She said its still early and I could be measuring a little behind. I told her that I was charting so I know my dates but we shall see. Kinda makes me nervous since thats what was happening last time..

He put me on baby asprin and progesterone twice a day. Im also getting my Beta blood work taken tomorrow and then on Friday to check my levels. My first u/s is scheduled for June 14th. Im trying to be calm, cool and collected during all of this but its hard. I really hope that everything works out.

    I am glad that you asked about other meds (or that the doctor just knew to give them to you!).  That's great that they will draw for betas tomorrow.  Continued Ts and Ps to you and your LO.

    Sorry the appointment didn't go as you expected, but the test was still +.  It also sounds like your dr is being very proactive, which is good.  FX that everything is okay and GL with the beta draws.

    I can imagine how nerve-wracking that would be.  Sending lots of T&Ps that everything is fine and that your numbers double for tomorrow and Friday's draws.

    Did you ask if they could draw betas? That would give you a much more definitive answer. GL!
